2. Data we process

When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the contact details and information you provide, such as your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data in server logs, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page, and browser and device information.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other website resources are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to third-party font or content delivery services when you visit.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to respond to enquiries and communicate with business contacts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where no contract is involved), to operate and secure this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and, where you have given it, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, IT, e-mail and website security, who process personal data on our behalf where necessary. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Our e-mail is provided by Google (Google Workspace). Where data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, this takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations. Server log data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights
